About My Clients
Clients often come during transitions, when familiar ways of being no longer feel aligned. I support adults exploring identity, relationships, trauma, meaning, and creativity. Many notice repeating patterns or feel ready to move through cycles of change differently. Our work invites curiosity, reflection, and connection with body, environment, and lived experience to support integration and new possibilities.
My Background and Approach
I practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor (EdS, MS, NCC) and offer trauma-informed experiential therapy integrating sensorimotor psychotherapy, somatic awareness, creative expression, and nature-based practices. I help you notice patterns across body, story, relationships, and environment, and support movement through cycles of change with increased awareness and choice. Sessions may include mindfulness, movement, art, music, play, or outdoor experiences when helpful. I work collaboratively, honoring cultural context, lived experience, and the many ways people create meaning. Rather than focusing only on problems, I help you recognize strengths, deepen connection, and develop ways of relating that feel more integrated and sustainable. I offer sessions in English, Spanish, and Russian, in person, outdoors, or virtually. Sliding scale and superbills support accessibility.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I hold respect for the ways people move through cycles of becoming. Experiences of uncertainty, challenge, and change can open space for new relationships with self, others, and the environment. I value curiosity, cultural humility, creativity, and practices that support listening to embodied knowledge. My perspective is informed by an appreciation for interconnection between individuals, communities, and the living world. Movement, imagination, nature, and relational presence can support exploration and integration across different layers of experience. Therapy can offer space for complexity, where different aspects of identity and experience are welcomed. Change often emerges through attention, relationship, and time, allowing new ways of being to take form.
