My Background and Approach
I use primarily cognitive behavioral therapy which explores the relationship between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. This information helps people make the best decisions to support their true goals and create a happy, fulfilling life. I also find it useful to explore where certain habits or issues started to gain insight and understanding which helps relieve some of the painful past learning most people have.
