My holistic approach addresses your unique concerns and needs, as we explore patterns that hinder you and equip you with tools to regain confidence and agency. I am dedicated to supporting you in recognizing your strength and navigating life's challenges with confidence, fostering a warm, non-critical therapeutic relationship that is essential to your growth and healing. With an extensive background in treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, life transitions, and relationship concerns, I also have specialized training in substance use disorders, addiction recovery, and chronic pain management through Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT). My approach combines professional skill with deep compassion, tailored to meet your needs. I hold a B.A. in Psychology and a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California.

Having navigated my own journey through anxiety, depression, and negative self-esteem, I bring a deep sense of empathy and understanding to my practice. I’m committed to helping others achieve their fullest potential and live authentically. I value the mind-body connection and aim to create a nonjudgmental, safe space for clients to explore and heal. I also advocate for mental health awareness and inclusivity, and work toward creating spaces where everyone, regardless of their background, feels seen and supported.
