I work with adults of all ages who may be navigating everyday stress, life transitions, or a desire to better understand themselves. You don’t need a specific “problem” to begin therapy—many people come in simply feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or curious about their patterns and relationships. Whether you’re going through a challenging time or seeking deeper clarity, my goal is to offer a space to slow down, reflect, and feel less alone.
My Background and Approach
I hold a doctorate in Clinical Psychology and a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. My clinical training and experience have focused on helping adults navigate stress, life transitions, and the lasting impact of earlier experiences. In our work together, I pay close attention to emotional patterns, relationship dynamics, and the ways you've learned to adapt over time. Rather than rushing toward solutions, I value slowing down and creating space for reflection, curiosity, and deeper understanding.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a space where you can come as you are—without pressure, judgment, or the need to have everything figured out. Starting therapy can feel like stepping into the unknown, and I see my role as meeting you there and navigating it together in a thoughtful and supportive way. I also believe that many of the struggles we carry are shaped within relationships, and can be understood and worked through within a safe, attuned connection. Whether you’re carrying the impact of past experiences or simply feeling the weight of life’s challenges, therapy can offer a space to slow down, reflect, and feel supported. Through our work together, my hope is to create space for you to feel more grounded, more connected, and more at ease within yourself.
