About My Clients
I work with individuals, couples, and people in polyamorous, open, and other non-monogamous relationships. I especially enjoy working with clients exploring sexuality, sexual identity, desire, intimacy, relationship patterns, and alternative relationship structures. I’m poly, queer, and kink-affirming, and I bring both clinical training and lived understanding to this work. My goal is to create a space where you feel respected, understood, and free to explore what feels authentic to you.
My Background and Approach
My approach is client-centered and integrative, drawing from Emotion-Focused Therapy, somatic therapies, and attachment theory. I believe therapy is a collaborative process and see my clients as the experts in their own lives. My role is to provide support, guidance, and tools while helping you navigate your unique path. With a background as a yoga instructor, I incorporate practices such as breathwork and mindfulness to deepen the mind-body connection. I’m interested not only in what you understand intellectually, but in what happens in your body, emotions, and relationships. Somatic work can help bring awareness to patterns that may be difficult to access through conversation alone, allowing us to move beyond insight and toward embodied change. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental, and affirming space where you can explore vulnerability, identity, desire, relationships, and your strengths. Together, we can work toward greater self-understanding, secure connection, and relations
