I help people navigate anxiety by teaching calming strategies like breathwork and mindfulness. Over the years, I have studied how our bodies, feelings and thoughts are connected -- when one system calms, the others follow. I focus on creating space to slow down, notice what's happening inside, and build tools that feel grounding. My goal is to help each person feel more steady, supported and confident in managing anxious moments.

I support self-esteem development by helping individuals understand who they are, recognize their values, and see their strengths more clearly. I often incorporate Enneagram wisdom to guide this process, helping people identify patterns that no longer serve them and to grow in self-awareness and self-compassion. Together, we work toward building a grounded sense of identity and confidence that reflects each person's inherent worth.

I use TheraPlay-informed strategies that emphasize playfulness, structure, engagement and nurture - helping caregivers attune to their child's needs and build trust through joyful, responsive interaction. In parent consultations, I offer support and tools to strengthen these bonds outside the therapy room. For adults, we will explore attachment styles shaped in early life and how past wounds impact present relationships - creating space for healing and new patterns.

I use Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy to help clients notice their thoughts without judgment and gently shift unhelpful patterns. My training in mindfulness, combined with my deep understanding of the nervous system, allows me to guide others in grounding their bodies and calming their minds. This approach supports clarity, emotional regulation, and presence - especially for clients feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected.

Humanistic therapy honors the full humanity of each client. I approach each client with warmth, genuine respect, and a belief in their capacity to grow. My work integrates Enneagram wisdom and spiritual listening, creating space for clients to rediscover themselves. I base my treatment modality on getting to know each person deeply - because only through authentic understanding can I recognize what you need from me as your therapist.

Play therapy is a powerful modality for both children and adults - it taps into creativity, regulation, and nonverbal expression. I use directive play to guide therapeutic goals while inviting emotional exploration through art, sand tray, and other sensory-rich activities. My approach incorporates elements of Theraplay, emphasizing relational warmth, engagement, and attunement. Each session is shaped by a deep understanding of the client's needs, allowing play to become a bridge toward healing.
