About My Clients
I have experience treating a wide variety of concerns in people aged 18 and up. I feel most passionate about working with individuals who are struggling with personality disorders, anxiety, relationship concerns, family of origin issues, and identity concerns. I also offer psychological assessment services for individuals 14 and up who believe they may be struggling with ADHD or learning concerns.
My Background and Approach
I approach therapy from an attachment-based and interpersonal lens, and I often focus on how past relationships impact present emotions and experiences. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the most important aspect of therapy, and I strive to create a sense of safety that also fosters growth.
