About My Clients
My clients are sensitive, self-aware millennials who grew up being the “easy going one”—the helper, the empath, the one who kept the peace. Now they struggle with people-pleasing, perfectionism, anxious attachment, or feeling “not good enough.” Many were parentified, and had to grow up fast and are now trying to reconnect with their needs, voice, and desires. They're ready to break old patterns, speak their truth, and feel loved without having to earn it.
My Background and Approach
My approach blends traditional therapy with somatic, spiritual, and subconscious work to support deep transformation. I specialize in helping anxious millennials who had a good, but difficult childhoods to learn how to take up space and live authentically. With advanced training in hypnotherapy, shamanism, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, psychedelic integration, and trauma-informed care. Whether we're working virtually, walking in the woods, or in a ketamine session, I hold space with warmth and truth-telling. I believe real healing happens when we name the patterns you've carried for too long—like self-doubt, hyper-independence, guilt, and perfectionism—and gently release them. Clients come to me when talk therapy hasn’t been enough. Together, we work with the nervous system, inner child, ancestral patterns, and inner wisdom—so you can feel safe existing as your full self. This work is deep, spiritual, and liberating—and you don’t have to do it alone.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a first-generation Latina and daughter of emotionally immature parents, I know what it means to hold space for others while feeling unseen yourself. My work is rooted in liberation, decolonization, and the belief that healing is both personal and collective. I honor the intersection of ancestral wisdom and mental health, and I see spirituality, land connection, and nervous system regulation as central to healing. I support Black Lives Matter, reproductive justice, queer liberation, and the dismantling of systems that keep people small, quiet, and exhausted. I believe rest is resistance, boundaries are sacred, and sensitivity is a strength. My practice is queer-affirming, body-trusting, and trauma-informed. I also find deep spiritual grounding in nature, yoga, shamanism, prayer, and ritual—and I welcome all parts of you into the therapy space, especially the ones you’ve had to hide
