Do you sometimes feel lonely, frustrated, or unsure about how to parent your child (biological, foster, adopted, or step-child)? I want to help you and your family be able to thrive as their best, most emotionally regulated selves.
My Background and Approach
Through play therapy and mindfulness, it is my goal to help your child work through challenging emotions, possess better self-regulation in moments of distress, improve self-esteem, and feel more connected in relationships with peers, family and caregivers. Asking for extra support can be one of the most valuable and loving actions you can take as a parent. Play therapy, Sand tray, and IFS can help your little one gain the skills to process complex emotions, regulate intense feelings, and reinterpret challenging events with a new perspective.
