About My Clients
You’re capable, responsible, and composed—and it’s taking a toll. You think clearly, feel deeply, and may be spiritually curious, yet live with chronic tension or emotional fatigue. Shaped by family, culture, and place, you learned to hold it together and keep going. Now rest, receiving support, and changing repeating relationship patterns feel hard. You’re not in crisis—you’re seeking deeper therapy that supports real, lasting change during a life transition.
My Background and Approach
I offer steady, grounded therapy that supports clarity, regulation, and sound decision-making. As a Native Hawaiian, multicultural, multi-generational local, I bring depth, discernment, and lived wisdom to my work. My approach helps you move with greater stability, self-trust, and ease—especially during complex or pivotal seasons.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing happens in relationship—within ourselves, with others, and with the worlds we come from. I practice therapy that honors the whole person: mind, body, emotions, culture, and spirit. My work is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and rooted in respect for identity, ancestry, and lived experience. I affirm and support LGBTQIA+ communities, multicultural identities, and those navigating intergenerational and systemic stress. I believe consent, choice, and nervous-system safety are essential to real change. I hold a non-pathologizing view of human struggle and trust each person’s inner wisdom. Therapy, to me, is not about fixing what’s broken—it’s about restoring connection, dignity, and ease so you can live in alignment with your values and truth.
