About My Clients
I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups navigating trauma, identity, family dynamics, or simply feeling stuck. If you’re looking for a therapist who blends clinical care with a deep respect for nature and the human spirit, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
My Background and Approach
I created Wolf & Willow Counseling for people who are looking for something different. Therapy with me doesn’t always happen inside four white walls—it might take place in the woods, in a garden, or beside a therapy animal. I believe healing happens when we feel truly connected: to ourselves, to the earth, and to the parts of life that help us feel whole again. My approach integrates nature-based therapy, animal-assisted support, and therapeutic horticulture. Whether we’re walking through the forest, planting something new, or sitting quietly with an animal, my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, grounded, and seen. I’m especially passionate about providing trauma-informed, identity-affirming, and socially conscious care. This is a space for everyone—especially those who have felt overlooked or misunderstood in traditional therapy settings.
