About My Clients
Life can sometimes feel heavier than we'd like. Whether you're experiencing anxiety, chronic stress, burnout, chronic pain, navigating the effects of past experiences, or moving through a new season of life, you may be looking for support. I work with adults who are exploring what might help life feel a little easier. Therapy can offer space to slow down, better understand what's happening within, and discover new ways of moving forward with what you've been holding or experiencing.
My Background and Approach
I believe we do our best to navigate life with what we've learned, experienced, and come to understand along the way. When we're met with presence instead of pressure, it often becomes easier to notice what's happening within us. My approach is collaborative and tailored to each person. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, Pain Reprocessing Therapy, mindfulness, and somatic approaches, weaving them together in a way that feels supportive and responsive to your unique needs. Understanding ourselves is important, but it isn't always enough. Therapy can create space for something different.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I value authenticity, meaningful connection, and approaching life with curiosity and compassion. I believe people deserve spaces where they can show up as they are, without pressure to have everything figured out. Outside of therapy, I appreciate quiet moments, time in nature, good conversations, and the simple things that help me stay grounded and present. I bring that same warmth, steadiness, and humanity into my work with clients.
