About My Clients
You may look like you’re holding it all together, but inside you’re exhausted, overthinking, and feeling stuck. I specialize in trauma-informed, person-centered, and CBT approaches to help teens and adults work through anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma. Together we’ll untangle old patterns, build practical tools, and reconnect with your inner strength. You don’t have to do this alone—therapy can be your space to heal and grow.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in working with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and depression, providing a compassionate, trauma-informed space where clients can process difficult experiences, reduce distress, and strengthen coping skills. My approach is collaborative, person-centered, and culturally responsive, creating a safe environment where you feel supported and empowered to move forward. As a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and TF-CBT-trained therapist, I am dedicated to helping teens and adults navigate life’s challenges, heal from past trauma, and build the confidence and resilience to create meaningful change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a space where every person feels safe, respected, and valued for who they are. My work is rooted in compassion, cultural humility, and a deep respect for the resilience people carry, even in the face of pain. I am committed to supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion, and I welcome clients from all backgrounds, identities, and life experiences. I am especially passionate about working with trauma survivors, military families, and individuals navigating cultural or generational challenges. Outside of my practice, I support causes that promote mental health awareness, social justice, and community empowerment. I value authenticity, empathy, and collaboration, and I strive to create a therapeutic space where you can show up fully as yourself without judgment.
