About My Clients

You've tried the advice, strategies, and tools everyone talks about, but something still feels off. What you're dealing with may feel too confusing and overwhelming to put into words, so help seems out of reach. In our work together, I help you find language for things you couldn't name before, and see what you haven't been able to see. Your depression, anxiety, relational patterns, or sense of being stuck aren't random--they're connected to something worth understanding.

My Background and Approach

Much of how we feel and act is not consciously chosen. We cannot change without understanding what is influencing us at a deeper level. Over time, as I help you put words to things, you will gain clarity and insight that empowers you to move beyond self-defeating patterns. My path to this work wasn't direct. I studied economics at Harvard, worked in finance, and then — through a series of significant personal shifts — found myself doing the kind of inner work I now do with clients. Clinically, I work with teenagers and adults around depression, anxiety, relational patterns, identity, and life transitions. I bring both depth-oriented and skills-based approaches depending on what you need.
