About My Clients

My Background and Approach
I have a MS in Counseling Psychology from California Baptist University. I am trained in trauma, specifically EMDR, IFS, and CRM. As your therapist, I will help you understand your feelings and thoughts while processing your history in a gentle, caring, and non-judgmental fashion. I will help you develop appropriate coping skills to life stressors so that you can move forward with clarity and strength and a renewed belief in your personal resiliency.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have volunteered for the Crisis Text Line as I am passionate about reducing suicide as well as mental health stigma. I support LGBTQIA+ and the Black Lives Matter movement. I believe everyone deserves help for their mental health and everyone can benefit from therapy. I am determined to help end the stigma related to therapy, mental health, and mental illness. Mental health is just as important as physical health.
