My Background and Approach
I've always had a deep desire to help others. After spending 10 years in the healthcare field, I witnessed firsthand the lack of resources available for mental health—not just professionally, but within my own family as well. That experience drove me to pursue a master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, building on my bachelor's in Psychology. My passion for understanding the human mind and supporting emotional well-being only grew stronger as I studied. I graduated from Hofstra University in 2019 with a specialization in substance abuse and alcohol counseling. Since then, I've been committed to using my education and life experience to empower individuals facing challenges and to advocate for better mental health support in underserved communities.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Healing isn’t instant—it’s a journey. Therapy may be tough, but it's worth every step. I truly believe that the broken pieces of who we are can be rearranged into something breathtaking. Every scar, every shard, contributes to the masterpiece we’re becoming
