My educational background in psychology, complemented by specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), has equipped me with a diverse set of tools to address a wide spectrum of emotional and psychological challenges. My journey into therapy was driven by a deep-seated desire to understand human behavior and alleviate suffering. This path led me to pursue advanced studies and certifications in various therapeutic modalities, each offering unique insights into the healing process.
