About My Clients
I work best with adolescents, Gen Z, and millennial women who feel overwhelmed, anxious, burnt out, or stuck in life transitions. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but struggling internally—juggling pressure, expectations, and self-doubt. I support those navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, identity shifts, and the desire to finally prioritize their mental health without guilt.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience across inpatient, residential, outpatient, and telehealth settings. This has given me a well-rounded understanding of mental health across all levels of care. My approach is collaborative, laid-back, and rooted in truly getting to know you—not just your symptoms. I combine evidence-based treatment, including medication management when appropriate, with supportive therapy and real, human conversation. I prioritize creating a space that feels safe, nonjudgmental, and easy to open up in. Together, we’ll build a treatment plan that fits your life, values, and goals—not something one-size-fits-all. My goal is to help you feel understood, empowered, and equipped with tools that actually work in your day-to-day life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe mental health care should feel accessible, safe, and free of judgment. Seeking help is a sign of strength—not weakness—and everyone deserves care that feels supportive and human. I’m especially passionate about reducing stigma around mental health, particularly for young women navigating pressure, burnout, and identity transitions. I value authenticity, inclusivity, and meeting people exactly where they are. Outside of my work, I’m drawn to spaces and conversations that promote growth, self-awareness, and balance. I believe healing happens not just through treatment, but through feeling seen, heard, and supported in a genuine way.
