Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or general stress, I am here to help. I help motivated individuals develop a healthier relationship with themselves and with others. While working together, I seek to create a safe space for you to express yourself, process your thoughts and feelings, and work towards overcoming challenges and reaching personal goals.
My Background and Approach
I like to meet my clients where they are at mentally and emotionally. I aim to make my clients feel comfortable opening up, respected, and supported. In our sessions together, I will meet you with compassion, honesty, and the motivation to help you overcome the difficulties that are holding you back from being your best self. It is not always easy to be vulnerable and seek help but you are making the right choice!
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I value accessibility to mental health services for communities who have historically had limited access. As a member of marginalized communities myself, I want to ensure that BIPOC, disabled, neurodivergent, and LGBTQIA+ communities feel seen, heard, respected, and supported.
