About My Clients

As the world gets more globalized and fast-paced, it is difficult to stop and reflect on what we are doing and thinking. We might neglect some stress or hurt that we experienced along the way. These, in turn, can accumulate into a chronic illness, both emotional and physical. Therapy is a place to address what you cannot address in normal everyday life. It is a place to "make sense" of what is subtle and ambiguous in life. It is also a place where you will feel safe and supported.

My Background and Approach

I utilize different therapeutic approaches in my practice. It depends on what clients need; it can range from talk therapy, play therapy, narrative therapy, sand tray therapy, art therapy, and music therapy to mindfulness-based interventions.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

"Feelings of worth can flourish only in an atmosphere where individual differences are appreciated, mistakes are tolerated, communication is open, and rules are flexible".--V. Satir. I believe that given the right environment, we can all achieve the best that we can be. I am LGBTQ, BIPOC, and POC affirming.
