About My Clients
Maybe you’ve tried everything. You’ve spent the last of your energy and hope. It feels like depression and anxiety are winning. Or drugs or alcohol are taking over. It’s a scary place to be. And can feel lonely. But you don’t have to be alone. I work with clients in this scary place and am unafraid to step into these challenges with you. You already have the strength and courage to do this. I can help you find your own way to make different choices for yourself and make your situation better.
My Background and Approach
My specialties are mental health concerns (like depression and anxiety) and addictions or unhealthy relationships with substances. I am EMDR trained and work with trauma and negative memories. I do individual therapy with adults and older teens.
