About My Clients

My clients find themselves wanting to explore and strengthen their inner awareness and inner trust, both in body and mind. In a safe and empathic container, we explore feelings of anxiety, depression, life transitions and whatever else comes up in sessions. I work with individuals and couples/intimate relationships/partners.

My Background and Approach

My background as a professional musician and songwriter has shaped my appreciation for the power of creative expression in healing and self-discovery. I look forward to helping clients establish practices for introspection that can offer insight and comfort. My approach is unique with each client. I incorporate a holistic approach using cognitive restructuring and reframing, emotional regulation and deeper self exploration.
