About My Clients
I see people of all ages, races, gender identities, religious backgrounds, and behavioral health issues. Most of my clients come to see me to relieve stress surrounding a relationship issue of some kind. It is important to me to get to know your story in your context from your perspective so that together we can find solutions to bring you the best outcome.
My Background and Approach
I use a cognitive-behavioral approach with most of my clients, but I tailor treatment modalities to each client's unique situation. No two people are alike, and counseling should be tailored to those differences.
