My Background and Approach
Through previous work with foster parents and college students, I learned about the impact of early childhood trauma, how healing can happen through safe relationships, and the importance of healthy coping skills. I believe you already have the tools for healing within you, and I seek to guide you to them. It's not easy to live with the hurts of the past, chronic illness, anxiety, and stress.
