I work with adults who feel stuck in invisible patterns—emotional shutdown, perfectionism, or intimacy that feels just out of reach. Often, these patterns trace back to early attachment wounds, religious trauma, or other traumas.
My Background and Approach
I offer trauma-informed, depth-oriented therapy that goes beyond insight. My work integrates somatic healing, group therapy, and evidence-based approaches like EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Together, we slow down, listen to the body, and create space for something new to emerge—real, sustaining change.

I believe that healing is both an individual and a collective journey, shaped by our shared experiences and the social contexts we navigate. I actively participate in my own therapy, which helps me appreciate the importance of self-reflection and personal growth in supporting my clients. I've faced my own setbacks, and I understand what it means to seek help. This firsthand experience informs my approach and allows me to connect with you on a deeper level. While trauma can stem from family dynamics and individual events, it’s vital to acknowledge the broader context of systemic oppression that affects some people while privileging others. I am dedicated to fostering an anti-racist, anti-homophobic environment that is inclusive of all faiths, genders, and body sizes. My goal to create a safe and supportive space where everyone feels honored and empowered.
