About My Clients
With so much unknown and unrest its easy to feel a lack of direction, identity and like life is overwhelming or out of control. If you find yourself struggling with whats next? How did I get here? and are motivated for change and moving forward from the past, healing relationships, breaking bondage and addictions, seeking internal peace and reaching your goals or simply figuring out what your goals are you are in a safe place. I look forward to working together and creating a future of freedom.
My Background and Approach
My goal is your goal, I work with you at your pace and in your timing. If you are not sure what that is currently we can figure it out together through creating goals for healing, restoration and emotional freedom. My goal is to provide you with tools that create emotional freedom, self-empowerment and sustainable and measurable resources to heal and move forward from the past to move forward towards your desired future that may be hindered by unresolved trauma, a history of injustice, shame, guilt, addiction, lack of self-identity and broken relationships. I have 15 years experience working with trauma, LBGTQ+, social and criminal justice, life coaching, addiction, relationships, couples counseling and singleness. I am licensed in addiction, mental health and certified in emotional freedom therapy. I completed my post grad education in Justice at Harvard University and have a Masters in Professional Counseling.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a mass shooting first responder, social justice advocate and human trafficking abolitionist and first responder. My personal belief is that there is hope for everyone, anyone can change, any relationship can be restored and your current situation is not permanent. No matter your past, shame is not in your future.
