Integrative Practices: CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, narrative therapy, somatic experiencing, psychedelic integration EH Foundations & Trauma Informed: We explore existential humanistic themes such as freedom, choice, meaning-making, and relationships all through a trauma informed lens. Serving humans age 14 and older. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
We believe that all persons are capable of living through their best self by discovering their personal narrative that incorporates the meaning and purpose for their lives. We know that every person has a purpose, and every animal too! Through finding balance to living amongst the difficulties, we are able to discover ways to live WITH life's ups and downs, not suffering because of them. As Christy holds the belief that we are all a part of one beautiful, complex and evolving human tapestry, she LOVES to travel and find new places and people that bring more insight and understanding about herself, others and the world. She enjoys deep conversations, reading and podcasts and finding time to be in nature or in/on the water in a pool, river, canoe or kayak. Her favorite place is the amazing Minto-Brown dog park in Salem! Info about Wes coming soon.
