About My Clients
Do you feel disconnected from yourself, like you’re on autopilot or constantly trying to become the version of yourself you know you could be? Maybe you’re tired of repeating the same patterns in your relationships, second-guessing yourself, or wondering why you react the way you do. You may be navigating anxiety, trauma, body image struggles, or simply feeling stuck. If you’re ready to understand yourself more deeply and feel more like you again, we can figure it out together.
My Background and Approach
I believe therapy is most effective when you feel a sense of safety within the therapy room. My approach is warm, relational, and collaborative, and I want our relationship to be a foundation we build together. I draw from attachment-based, parts work, and somatic approaches to help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface. We’ll explore the patterns that keep showing up, where they come from, how they affect your relationships and nervous system, and what parts of you may be trying to protect you. My work focuses on anxiety, trauma, body image, and feeling disconnected from yourself. You don’t have to come in knowing exactly what you need or how to “fix” yourself. My role is to help you make sense of your experiences, develop greater awareness and choice, and ultimately feel more connected to yourself.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a therapist, I believe you are inherently worthy of a life that feels fulfilling, connected, and authentically yours. I don’t believe your past defines you, and I don’t believe you have to become a completely different person to create meaningful change. Sometimes, we just need space to understand ourselves a little more deeply. I see therapy as a space for self-discovery and healing. It's somewhere you can get curious about your patterns, experiences, and the parts of yourself you may not always understand. Compassion, authenticity, curiosity, and acceptance are values I bring into my work, and I hope you feel those things in our relationship. I’m not here to judge you or tell you who you should be. I’m here to meet you where you are, help you understand yourself with more compassion, and support you as you figure out where you want to go next.
