About My Clients

I work with adolescents and adults navigating eating disorders, anxiety, OCD, mood concerns, self-injury, body image, chronic illness, life transitions, and the pressures often carried by high achievers. Whether concerns are new, situational, or deeply rooted, I offer individualized, values-driven care integrating somatic and bottom-up approaches with ACT, DBT, CBT, and ERP to foster insight, regulation, flexibility, balance, and meaningful change.

My Background and Approach

I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with nearly 15 years of experience and a master’s degree in Clinical Counseling Psychology from Rosalind Franklin University. My work has included individual, couples, family, and group therapy across outpatient and intensive levels of care, giving me experience with a wide range of needs, backgrounds, and life circumstances. I specialize in eating disorders, OCD, anxiety, mood disorders, self-injury, chronic illness, and related concerns. I welcome clients from all walks of life and strive to create a space where each person feels respected, understood, and able to bring their full self into the work. This breadth of experience allows me to adapt treatment to the person in front of me—whether they need focused support, deeper exploration, or a more structured and specialized approach

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe every person deserves to be approached with dignity, curiosity, and genuine respect for the life they have lived. I value authenticity, humility, balance, and the continual pursuit of growth—both personally and professionally. I believe good therapy should honor individuality rather than ask people to fit into a predetermined mold. My role is not to tell you who you should be, but to help you better understand yourself, identify what matters most to you, and build a life that feels meaningful and sustainable. I welcome people from all backgrounds, identities, beliefs, and walks of life, and strive to create a space where differences can be explored openly and without judgment.
