About My Clients
I treat any mental health issue that can be handled at an outpatient level. I recently started doing hormone confirmation treatment and would love to spend more of my time on this. Our clinic also specializes in ketamine assisted therapy and psychedelic research.
My Background and Approach
Although I'm trained in therapy, I do spend the majority of my time doing medication management and refer to either in-house or specialists to provide the therapy along with the medical treatment in our plan. I'm very patient choice oriented.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I grew up conservative, but have become much more liberal as I get older, in opposition to the common trend :) As a physician I am particularly bothered by limitations on medical care (gender confirmation treatment, abortion etc) and have tried to get involved in these movements.
