About My Clients
In therapy, we'll slow down our emotional experiences and learn to be aware of how our emotions fuel our behaviors. When we become aware of this, we can choose how our emotions will affect us. Whether you feel confident or not in articulating your feelings, we will create a safe space for you to grow. The client is the expert of their own world, so we will be working together to create change.
My Background and Approach
Using evidence-based approaches like Emotionally Focused Therapy and the Gottman Method, I guide clients in exploring their emotions, breaking unhelpful patterns, and strengthening relationships with greater empathy and understanding. Together, we’ll create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can freely express yourself and work toward growth.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Outside of therapy, I love spending time with my two pets—a white Samoyed named Ori and a black cat named Rio (together, my little “Oreo”!). I’m also a longtime dancer who enjoys sharing that passion with others, and I unwind with video and board games. I look forward to connecting with you!
