With advanced training as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional I & II (CCTP), Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP), and ADHD Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP), I draw from a variety of evidence-based tools to support your healing journey. My training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and other trauma-focused approaches allows me to guide clients through the process of healing deep emotional wounds and building resilience. At the heart of my work is a collaborative, empathetic, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel truly seen, heard, and valued.
