Anxiety shows up differently for everyone — as worry that won't quiet, physical tension, avoidance, or a sense that something is always about to go wrong. I draw on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based approaches to help clients understand their anxiety, reduce its grip, and build a life guided by values rather than fear. Whether your anxiety is situational or longstanding, treatment is tailored to you.
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst with 25+ years of experience, I bring both clinical and behavioral expertise to ADHD treatment across the lifespan — from children to adults. I help clients develop practical systems for focus, organization, emotional regulation, and follow-through, while addressing the shame and frustration that often accompany ADHD. Work, relationships, and daily functioning all improve when the right support is in place.
Recovery is not one-size-fits-all. I work with individuals navigating early recovery, relapse, dual diagnosis, and the complex life circumstances that surround addiction. Both individual counseling and group support are available.
No single theory explains the full complexity of human experience. With a doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology and 25+ years of clinical experience across mental health, behavior analysis, and addiction, I bring genuine depth to inte
As a Licensed Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LAADC) and Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP), I specialize in the treatment of substance use disorders integrated with co-occurring mental health conditions. My approach treats addiction not in isolation but within the full context of a person's life — relationships, trauma history, behavioral patterns, and values. Both individual counseling and group support are available, with a philosophy rooted in compassion, accountability, and evi
ACT is central to my clinical work. Grounded in relational frame theory and decades of outcome research, ACT helps clients develop psychological flexibility — the capacity to be present with difficult thoughts and feelings without being controlled by them, while taking meaningful action toward personal values. I apply ACT across anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, and life transitions, and hold membership in the Association for Contextual Behavioral Science (ACBS), the organization dedicated
