I support individuals and families facing challenges like relationship conflict (including parenting and partner issues), emotional disconnection, depression, anxiety, loneliness, risk-taking or self-destructive behavior. I also have experience in helping clients who have had negative or unhelpful therapy experiences and want to try again.
My Background and Approach
I believe relationships help us navigate life’s difficulties. My therapeutic style is focused on fostering relationships through expressing emotions and facilitating clear communication. I focus on emotions, emphasize strengths, and explore broader context. My approach is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy, with additional training in the Gottman Method (Levels 1 & 2), play therapy, and techniques from CBT and DBT. I conduct both short- and long-term therapy, tailored to each client’s goals and pace.
