About My Clients

My clients are individuals, couples, and veterans who are ready to explore what’s holding them back and move toward greater clarity, connection, and purpose. Many are navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, life transitions, or the impact of past experiences. They’re looking for a therapist who is down-to-earth, engaged, and collaborative—someone who creates a space where they can feel heard, challenged, and supported in meaningful ways.

My Background and Approach

I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington, offering both in-person and telehealth sessions. I'm also licensed to provide telehealth therapy in Idaho. My approach is grounded in a psychodynamic lens, exploring how past experiences and relationships shape present challenges. I also integrate CBT, Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and the Gottman Method when working with couples. I strive to create a warm, collaborative space where clients feel safe, supported, and empowered to make meaningful change. Whether you're facing anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, or navigating a life transition, we'll work together to understand your story and move toward clarity, growth, and healing.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe therapy is a space for honest reflection, connection, and growth. We all carry stories shaped by our experiences, relationships, and environments—and I believe healing begins when we feel safe enough to explore those stories without judgment. I see each client as the expert of their own life, and I view my role as a guide who helps illuminate patterns, uncover strengths, and support meaningful change. I value authenticity, curiosity, and collaboration in the therapeutic process. I also believe that therapy should be accessible and grounded in real-life tools that support long-term well-being. Whether you're navigating past trauma, current stressors, or simply feeling stuck, I believe change is possible—and that you're not alone in the process.
