About My Clients
Maybe something happened years ago that still shows up in your body: in how you react, how you sleep, how close you let people get. Or maybe you look fine on paper, but you've been running on stress for so long you've forgotten what steady feels like. Most people find me for one of those two reasons, and often both turn out to be connected.
My Background and Approach
I'm a trauma therapist in Wheat Ridge trained in EMDR, an approach that helps the brain reprocess painful memories so they feel like the past instead of the present. My work is attachment-based and polyvagal-informed, so we pay attention to your nervous system, not just your thoughts. Insight is a good start. Feeling different is the goal. Before becoming a therapist, I spent nearly two decades leading teams under real pressure, so I understand high-demand work from the inside. I see adults in person at my Wheat Ridge office (4251 Kipling St, Suite 230) and online anywhere in Colorado. Private pay keeps your care private, with no diagnosis sent to an insurer. Free 15-minute consultations are available. As a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate, I practice under the clinical supervision of two experienced clinicians.
