Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, anger, are a trauma survivor, or are suffering in some other way, I can help. I will provide you with tools that you need to improve your ability to handle life’s stress, and improve your relationships. My goal is to provide you with tools that will allow you to experience relief from suffering in any setting which you are in. I offer day and evening appointments on Monday-Thursday.
