About My Clients
I’m looking for people who want to make change, even if they feel resistant to the idea right now. Personally, I look to help those who are at least contemplating growth, change, and coming out of the self-constructed safety box. We are not simply looking for the light, we are searching for the source within you. Simply put: people who want to be their favorite version of themselves.
My Background and Approach
When you come to me for treatment with anything we will go at a pace that works for you and feels safe. I believe it is important to find the root causes of issues in order to process through and understand unconscious impulses better. This means each person will have different needs regarding the duration of therapy, but people often see subtle positive changes between 30 to 60 sessions
