About My Clients
I support teens 16+ and adults affected by domestic violence, unhealthy relationships, anxiety, depression, grief, stress, and life transitions, including men seeking support. Maybe you’ve been thinking about counseling for a while or are just realizing you could use support. You don’t have to have it all figured out before reaching out. I offer a supportive space where you can feel heard and respected. Sometimes, hope begins with that first step.
My Background and Approach
With five years of counseling experience, I believe counseling should be tailored to your individual needs, experiences, and goals. My approach is relaxed, conversational, and collaborative. I draw from CBT, person-centered therapy, mindfulness, and other approaches to find what feels most helpful for you. Together, we’ll explore what you’re experiencing, build on your strengths, and identify practical tools and support that fit where you are and where you want to go.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that sometimes hope starts with a conversation. Life can bring emotional pain, difficult experiences, and unexpected changes, and you don’t have to navigate them alone. Wherever you are on life’s journey, we can begin there. I value empathy, compassion, and understanding. I want you to feel comfortable sharing your experiences and know that you will be met with respect and without judgment. I welcome people from all backgrounds and respect each person’s unique experiences, values, and beliefs. If faith or spirituality is important to you, we can incorporate that into our work together. I believe meaningful change begins with feeling heard and understood. My hope is to help you recognize your strengths, work through challenges, and move toward positive change at a pace that feels right for you.
