My Background and Approach
I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, grief & loss, chronic illness, and women's issues. My work draws upon EMDR and mind-body therapies, helping you rebalance your nervous system to reconnect to your relationship with self and others. I am also an Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Practitioner and love to equip my clients with Tapping!
