Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is a gentle, powerful approach that helps you build a more meaningful life—without needing to "get rid of" all your difficult thoughts or emotions first. Instead of struggling against pain, ACT invites you to open up to it, understand it, and focus your energy on what truly matters to you. I use ACT to help clients create space for uncomfortable thoughts and feelings while learning how to take intentional, values-driven action.

Narrative Therapy is a respectful, empowering approach that sees you as the expert of your own life. It’s based on the idea that we all carry stories about who we are, where we’ve come from, and what’s possible for us. Sometimes, those stories are shaped by pain, trauma, or other people’s expectations—and they don’t reflect the full truth of who you are. I use Narrative Therapy to help clients gently examine the stories they’ve been living. and begin to author a life that serves you.
