It can be hard to recognize that you might have parts of your life that you have pushed aside or are uncomfortable with. It takes a lot of courage to acknowledge this and then to take the steps to reach out to someone for assistance.
My Background and Approach
I believe in working as a partner with people to explore areas that cause difficulty, to build upon solutions that have previously worked, and to learn new skills to improve one's ability to cope. I enjoy getting to know the people I work with and finding solutions that are unique to them. One of my greatest professional joys is being with someone as they grow in ways that allow them to find calm, confidence, and better ways of coping in this wild world. If you feel we might be a good match I look forward to hearing from and getting to know you. I am not currently accepting new clients.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
One of the things that most shaped my life was having the opportunity to travel and live internationally as a child. It opened my eyes at a young age to different cultures and provided me with a respect and a curiosity about what makes everyone unique: whether it's where you are from or how you identify. Everyone's path is different and I love taking the time to form a connection with people and to learn, grow, and laugh with them.
