My Background and Approach
I offer a compassionate, affirmative space for LGBTQ & transgender individuals struggling with eating disorders, body image, trauma and OCD. In our work together, you'll learn the skills to manage your feelings in ways that align with your values, as well as explore how life experiences impact how you feel in your body. As an experienced LGBTQ affirming therapist, I believe that queer and trans people can find joy and self-acceptance, even in a cis/heteronormative society.
