About My Clients
Are you feeling overwhelmed by emotions, struggling with relationships, or navigating life's challenges? I work with children ages five and up, teens, adults, and families seeking support with anxiety, family conflict, emotional challenges, and personal growth. Together, we'll build confidence, strengthen relationships, and develop healthier coping skills in a warm, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and accepted.
My Background and Approach
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I take a compassionate, collaborative approach to helping children, teens, adults, and families navigate life's challenges. My approach draws from systemic, humanistic, psychodynamic, and cognitive behavioral therapies, allowing me to tailor sessions to your unique needs and goals. I believe that healing begins with feeling safe, heard, and understood. Together, we'll explore emotions, recognize patterns, strengthen communication, and build healthier ways of coping. My goal is to help you reconnect with your strengths, find your voice, and create meaningful changes at a pace that feels right for you. Every person's journey is different, and I'll meet you with empathy, curiosity, and respect.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone deserves to feel heard, understood, and accepted. I value compassion, authenticity, and the courage it takes to grow through life's challenges. I believe that self-discovery is a lifelong journey and that, with support and understanding, we can learn to navigate our emotions, reconnect with our strengths, and build healthier relationships. I also believe in the importance of laughter, self-compassion, and making space for joy, even during difficult times. My goal is to create a welcoming, judgment-free environment where every individual and family feels respected and supported in becoming the best version of themselves.
