About My Clients

My clients are individuals ages 13+ who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. Whether this is your first time or return to therapy, I look forward to helping you establish and reach your mental health goals.

My Background and Approach

I received my undergraduate degree in Philosophy from Molloy College followed by my Masters in Social Work from the University at Buffalo. I began my career working with at-risk children and adolescents in a residential setting as a youth counselor and transitioned to a Social Work role. I later went on to an inpatient psychiatric facility working with children, adolescents, and adults where I continued to refine my skills in psychotherapy and case management.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Growing up in Metro New York, I was always surrounded by people of many different races, ethnicities, religious backgrounds, and cultures. I carry the same appreciation of diversity from my upbringing into my practice and relationships with my clients. I recognize that one's background and values largely contribute to who he/she is and try to cater my approaches to those needs.
