About My Clients
A supportive space guides you toward slowing down and turning inward to tap into your true Self. I believe the most beautiful gift you can offer the world is your fully aware, individuated, and integrated self, which allows you to cultivate genuine connections with yourself, others, and the world around you. As an eco-somatic spiritual therapist, I weave together nature-based rituals, body-centered practices, and spiritually-grounded techniques to be with what's arising for you right now.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Professional Counselor Associate which means I’m working toward licensure in Oregon. My training and expertise has been focused on mindfulness, somatic, and transpersonal psychology. Mindfulness involves being aware of your present moment experiences. Somatic psychology support therapeutic and holistic approaches to your body. And, transpersonal psychology includes all parts of you and your ever-changing relationship with the world experienced through different states of consciousness such as, meditation, psychedelics, breath work, hypnosis, and dreaming. Some areas of interest include: Spirituality (spiritual emergency or emergence), Women’s Issues, Life Transitions, Grief & Loss, Codependency, Anxiety & Depression, Family & Relational Conflict, Trauma, and PTSD. I’m a relationally focused and human-centered therapist. I’m influenced by the following philosophies and modalities: Transpersonal, Mindfulness, Gestalt, Hakomi, and Yoga
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Your inner and outer worlds are reflections of each other. What you perceive around you is a mirror of what’s happening inside of you. What you notice inside of you is being projected into the world around you. Let’s unite your inner and outer worlds! An Invitation to Mindfulness. Being a human in this world may feel like you are being pulled in a million different directions. Therapy creates the space for you to slow down and get mindful, allowing you the opportunity to breathe and notice what you are experiencing. And, a beautiful aspect of therapy is you aren’t alone in your experience. As your therapist, I’ll be right there with you. Together we will co-create a therapeutic relationship to support connection, compassion, and unconditional positive regard for whatever is arising within you in the present moment. My role is to be with you as you explore your inner and outer worlds — to be in relationship and walk alongside you.
