You feel like life is supposed to feel different but instead you find yourself: Working extremely hard to avoid emotions, or the opposite, finding yourself overwhelmed by emotions. Maybe even oscillating between numb and depressed to panicky and anxious. Feeling pressured by your expectations about the future and/or burdened by your past. Chasing people or things you think will “fix” things, then realizing it hasn’t quite hit the mark. Stuck in patterns that are comfortable, but not fulfilling.
My Background and Approach
Using mindfulness practices and experiential techniques, I help clients experience their inner world in away that allows for curiosity and compassion of all their parts. Fostering this relationship with self is what allows everything else to unfold, both individually and in partnership. It is by truly looking and seeing ourselves that we begin to step into our authentic self, choosing how we show up and connect with others in this world. Let's take that first step together.
