About My Clients
I work with teens and adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflict, codependency, addiction, low self-esteem, or difficult family dynamics. I also support individuals navigating narcissistic abuse, domestic violence, chronic illness, caregiver stress, and major life transitions. I have more than 25 years of experience helping children, adolescents, and adults navigate life's most difficult challenges. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel genuinely heard, respected, and understood while also helping you make meaningful, lasting changes. My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and collaborative, while providing honest feedback and practical tools to help you move forward. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, codependency, relationship issues, domestic violence, self-esteem, family conflict, and life transitions. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, strengths-based interventions, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care to meet your unique needs. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe every person deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion, and respect. My goal is to provide a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe being themselves and exploring both their strengths and struggles. I value authenticity, resilience, and lifelong learning, and I believe healing happens through connection, self-awareness, and the courage to make meaningful changes. Outside of my practice, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, camping, and being outdoors.
