About My Clients
My clients are neurodivergent adults, whether diagnosed, exploring, or self-identified—especially those who are autistic, ADHD, or exploring a late diagnosis. Many of my clients appear capable or successful while feeling deeply exhausted from years of masking, perfectionism, and pushing past their limits. They are often navigating burnout, anxiety, trauma, identity questions, and the long-term impact of trying to appear “fine” in systems that were never designed for their nervous systems.
How I Can Help You
I’m a licensed clinical therapist and late-diagnosed AuDHD (Autistic & ADHD) adult. I offer neurodivergent-affirming therapy and a growing library of psychoeducational courses informed by both clinical training and lived experience. Therapy provides a relational space for exploration, integration and healing, while self-paced courses are designed to support understanding, self-recognition, and sustainable change. I specialize in working with autistic and ADHD adults navigating late identification, anxiety, burnout, unmasking, trauma, perfectionism, self-understanding, and the long-term impact of adapting to environments that don’t fit—all through a non-pathologizing, nervous-system-aware lens. My approach is trauma-informed, evidence-based, and grounded in the understanding that autism and ADHD are natural human variations. I am a private-pay, out-of-network provider. Many clients use out-of-network benefits or HSA/FSA, and limited reduced-rate spots are available.
My Values as a Therapist
I believe distress makes sense in context. Many of the struggles neurodivergent adults carry are not personal failures, but understandable responses to environments that ignored sensory needs, capacity limits, and difference. I approach therapy from an intersectional lens and welcome clients of all identities, recognizing how systemic oppression compounds neurodivergent experiences. My work prioritizes clarity over correction, understanding over judgment, and sustainability over pushing through. I am especially committed to helping clients untangle internalized shame and self-doubt that never truly belonged to them—formed not because something was wrong with them, but because they were expected to function in systems that didn’t account for their nervous systems. This work is about understanding your life in context and building support that fits you, rather than forcing yourself to fit the world.
