I work with my clients to provide encouragement, support, and the gentle accountability often needed to promote growth.
My Background and Approach
Through my own experiences as an entrepreneur, wife & mother - I found my way to a career as a Counselor. I bring my authentic self with each session, hoping that my clients will do the same. My clients often seek assistance with taming perfectionism, stress management, challenging negative thought patterns, anxiety, and depression, building confidence and self-awareness, and striving for a healthier work/life balance. I practice from a holistic approach to therapy that considers the whole person, not just the presenting issue. I work with my clients to provide encouragement and support while utilizing techniques from Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Informed Therapy (DBT). I offer a safe, non-judgmental space that allows my clients to feel welcome and accepted.
